Shipping

The shipping options available to you will vary based on the delivery address you enter, the time of purchase and the availability of items.

When you place your order, you will be presented with the shipping methods available for your order, the cost of the shipping and an estimated date for delivery completion.

Please note that these times may change for outyling/ remote areas. Due to our courier partnerships, deliveries can not be made on weekends.

You will receive an email with your order tracking information as well as notification once your order has been delivered.

Requesting a return

You can choose to exchange an items for a different size or color. If you would like a different item, then request a refund and make a new purchase for the item of your choice.

Important: You will need your order information in order to request a return. You can find this information in your order confirmation email.

To initiate a return: On the Contact Us page, Please fill the form. You will receive a confirmation email with the address where you can send the return package.

You must send the item within 7 days of the exchange request being made. If we have not received the item during this time, you will be charged for the exchanged item that was sent to you. Once the item has been received at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that the item has been received and that your request is now in process.

The new item will be dispatched to you (using the same address as the original order) within 7 days.
